| Okay my little cubbies. I have been told my some people that I need to update. It is not that I have not wanted to, however, the time issue has been the factor. This entry will be short due to the fact that I have to leave for work, but here goes.
Life has been pretty good. I have met some new friends over the past month or so. I have caught up with some great friends over the past couple of months, most of them being New Orleans friends, and yes, there are some that I need to catch up on still. One friend that I have met has been truly amazing, however, you know me, I have the great ability to mess things up, and I have. But, life goes on, and maybe my dreams will come true with that relationship.
Work has been good. Very busy.
Church. I am doing worship on Wed. nights, and doing a Bible study on Sunday nights.
P.S. to my best friend in the whole world, T, I promise I will tell you that story tonight. You will laugh, and so will I.

| Turn of events for Eric. I was supposed to stay in Michigan until the end of August. However, I received a phone call Friday night that the cabinet shop here in B'ham needed me ASAP. I asked what the ASAP was and he said Tuesday. So, I packed up my stuff and headed home. Now, I am back in B'ham starting tomorrow in the cabinet shop.

| Yeah, Yeah, need to update. I am still in Michigan. Busy with work and helping Uncle Scott and the fam move into there new house. We head out Friday morning about 4:30 to Grand Junciton, Co. My great Aunt and Uncle are celebrating 50 years of marriage. So, we are throwing them a huge party Sat. The entire family will be there. Mom and dad are there right now. The left this past Friday.
I guess the only funny things happening right now are the porta johns on the work site. You would think being with contractors the johns would be halfway decent, nope. Therefore each day is an adventure to try and not have it fall while in it. I have had a couple close calls so far, and let me tell you, the thought of having crap all over you, well... it doesn't excite me.

| AHH!! Good ole Michigan. I have to admit, I do love it up here. For those of you that do not know what may be going on in my life, here it is: I am working as a finish trim contractor up here in Michigan for the summer. I will be leaving here in August. I am learning a new trade with carpentry. I love it. I am doing finish trim for subdivisions. Nice ones!! Therefore, we are having to knock most houses in one day. There are a couple that we have to do in two, but for the most part it is one. However, it makes for a really fast day, which is good.
Well, I am about to hit the showers and go out to eat with the family. Be good, and if you would like give me a call, love to hear from you guys. Love ya!! | | |
| Oh, the doctor today! First, let me say that everything came back clear. There were no stones, and there were no tumors or anything like that. I am much relieved now.
However, the last test was the funny thing. I will not go into detail about the test, but it was somewhat funny. If you are a nurse or would like to know the funnies, you can email me at etown81@hotmail.com for more info.
I am the type of guy that likes to know what God is doing in my life, yet, God is being funny, and is not showing me clearyly what it is up in the future. Well... He may be and I am not getting it, probably that one. I just wish I knew what will be going on in the fall. I just know that I have to give Him the details of my life and the journey will be groovy. Wow, I am starting to sound like Dave Edwards now, that is scary. | | |
